Located in the beautiful town of Huonville on the outskirts of Hobart Tasmania, Art School Hub facilitates Art Classes for beginner & intermediate students from Grade 3 to Adults, who are wanting to develop their drawing & painting skills.

Welcome to Art School Hub!
My name is Jascinta but please call me Jazz.
I have been teaching at Art School Hub since November 2024 and took over the school in April of 2026. Prior to teaching, I was a student of our sister school Art School Co for two years. Based on my learning as a student, and my many years of art practice, we have tailored a curriculum that teaches both the practical and fundamental aspects of creating artworks, and also different art theories and approaches to using a wide variety of mediums. I work alongside Cat, my business partner and fellow teacher, on Mondays and Fridays. Every other day of the week you can find me in my studio in Hobart creating permanent art for clients.
Cat Lee
Hi I'm Cat Lee! I began teaching alongside Jazz early 2026. Over the years, I've undertaken Fine Art/Visual Art studies at University and TAFE and have experience working in early childhood and primary school as an Educator and Teachers Aide.
As well as Art School, I work as a solo artist and have exhibited, sold my work internationally and illustrated children's books. My main practice is in painting, drawing, sculpture and cinematography. I am curious about exploring most artistic mediums, my preference being oils and charcoal. Most of my work is inspired by wildlife and nature.
It's exciting to be a part of Art School Hub and feels like an honour to facilitate, guide and inspire students on their artistic journey!
Class Info:
Our Classes are run each week during the School Terms. Classes are limited to 12 students. Enrolment is for the whole 10 Week Term.
Primary School Class: Thursdays 4pm - 5:30pm
Home School Class: Fridays 1pm - 3pm
Adult / High School Class: Mondays 4pm-6pm
Cost: $250 Primary / $260 Adult / High School
Monthly life drawing class: $80 4-6pm
Price includes all art supplies.
